Cyril Musila

Cyril is director of the chair of strategic studies and peace culture at the Educational University of Kinshasa and gives frequent lectures at the African Union University in Addis Ababa. Previously he was a lecturer at the Paris Catholic Institute and associate fellow at the IFRI (French Institute of International Relations). He also conducted different missions for OECD, the UN and African Union. His works focus on conflicts, peace and post-conflict reconstruction in the African great lakes region, Central and Eastern Africa, as well as economic cooperation, transboundary dynamics, regional infrastructures and sustainable management of natural resources (minerals, water, forests…). Cyril holds a PhD in Social Sciences (EHESS Paris).
